Hello DevArt world! I'm alive!!! Sorry I never update/comment anymore D: I really do love you all, I just don't have time to get online anymore! School and work take up most of my life, and then when I get a little free time I spend it with my real life friends 'cause, well, I know them in real life. But I have a few spare minutes this morning because I got up early ^^

So hi! How are you all?! Has anything happened in your lives lately? Tell me about it! What'd you do for Thanksgiving? What are you doing for Christmas? I seriously want to keep up with all of you so tell me. (You can always email me to tell me what's up/how you are/just say hi, 'cause I check that pretty much everyday)

I didn't do much this Thanksgiving, which was SO nice! I spent the day playing games with my family and just hanging out. Christmas is pretty much gonna be the same, which I love because I never get real days off anymore!

That's pretty much it for an update here! Again, let me know what's up in your lives! I miss you guys!

Christmas Wish List Thing

Here are the basics of how it works:

Write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. They can be possible or seemingly impossible. The idea is that people may look at and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. We all know how great it feels to GIVE. Here’s your chance!

The First Step:

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.")
The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real, possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

** Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!


The Second Step:

** Surf around your friend list to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out; it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

Alright, now, HERE WE GO!

My Christmas Wishlist:

1. I want all my friends (DevArt and real life) to be happy! I want them to be able to look at their day and find something (even a small thing!) to smile about.

2. Music. I LOVE music and I've been craving new stuff...but I don't know what! So if you have any bands you think I'd like, or a song that you love tell me about it! You could send an mp3, or an old cd that you don't listen to anymore, or just tell me about the band/person! I listen to pretty much everything except for: country (although I can stand Carrie Underwood and Faith Hill), rap, and heavy metal.

3. Books. I read all the time! (I mean, come on, I work in a book store...books are sorta my life, haha!) I'm always looking for new books to read! If you have an old book you can part with you could send it to me, or if you just read a book that you love, tell me! I'd love recommendations from you guys!

And that's it! You should all post one of these too so I can try and find things for you!
